Any personal information collected about the client such as name, address, date of birth, and contact details will be used strictly for business purposes between FX Consulting
and the client. Other information such as client transactions, copies of passports and proof of addresses will remain confidential and within our compliance department. We may also inquire about the credit worthiness and community status of the client, which will also remain confidential within the FX Consulting customer files.
Such information is maintained either physically or electronically with strict access procedures. Furthermore, all FX Consulting personnel have signed confidentiality agreements to protect, among other matters, the personal information of the clients.
We may share client information with our affiliate offices who conduct marketing, backoffice and customer service functions for us. Such information would be strictly used to accomplish normal business operations and are required to keep this information confidential.
